Quick easy and delicious! Thinly sliced beef with green beans in a garlic sesame sauce.

Thinly slice beef against the grain. If the slices aren't thin enough, cover the beef with plastic and using a kitchen mallet/tenderizer pound them thinner. Set beef aside.
Start on the jasmine rice it takes the longest to cook. Follow the instructions on the packaging.
Make sauce. I sometimes make the sauce ahead of time and refrigerate it in a container with a lid. In a small bowl combine 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 2 teaspoons of white wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons or oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of ginger paste, 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes and 1/2 cup of beef broth. Set aside or refrigerate until you are ready to use it.
Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a large skillet on medium high heat. Sauté beef in batches if you need too. Once the beef is all cooked set it aside. No need to wipe the pan.
Add the green beans and onions to the pan sautéing until softened. Next add beef back to the pan and all of the sauce. Sauté until sauce has thickened and coated everything.
Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and jasmine rice. Enjoy!
